We accept exchange or return for items with factory defects ONLY within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Promotional Orders are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. This includes any promo codes or bundle promotion.

Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags , labels and hyped tag (if applicable).

Product(s) will be exchanged to the availability of colours and sizes.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
